Absentee Healing
Firstly, I can completely understand that you may be having difficulty
accepting that I can work with you when you are not physically present in front of me. Ultimately, we are all energy condensed into matter, vibrating at a certain frequency. Think of the frequency as a radio wave
that you can tune into. With intent, I can see and feel your energy in front of me and work with it as if you were physically present. There are those that find that working with someone absent is even better as there are no distractions or pressure of the person being there so you are like a laser beam focusing in. Of course for many, they like to be present in the room to experience the energy and vibration of the room. However, there are ways in which you create your own sacred space and prepare for the healing absentee.
The process is the same as that of a One to One healing. Please read this section for further information.
Once we have discussed and set your intent for the healing over the phone, you will be asked to settle your self in a clean, quiet place. To create a sacred space, please set up the following:

Light 3 white candles located about one metre from you.

Place 3 clear quartz crystals within one metre of you. (1or 2 is very helpful too)

Play some relaxation music

Spray some Transference Healing Sacred Spray or other cleaning mists.

Please do not worry if you do not have any of the above as I can cleanse the room energetically. I find a healing is aided by the vibration of some relaxing music.

Once I have, finished, I will call/text you, to discuss the reading for the healing.
A CRYSTAL ESSENCE, specific to you and your healing will be posted to you.
Please take the all the essence or until you no longer feel you need it. It can take up to 3 weeks for a healing to fully integrate. As a result of the healing, you may experience changes such as the release of emotions, physical symptoms, changes in state of mind and other symptoms of the shift you have made.The essence will support you during this process.
